Wilkins Rogers Milling was a flour milling house, not a coffee milling house and still is, albeit in a different location today- Ellicott City, MD, I believe since the 1970s. I used to run along side the mill spur on K street when I was at GU in 1976 during crew season to get to the boat house and there was at times a B&O covered hopper on the spur. There was a white flour powder everywhere.
