Interesting that there was a siding that far over on the south side; I wonder if it was used to hold outbound empty tank cars and hoppers from TW Perry -or if it was used for other cars?

We used to hop the train at Chevy Chase Lake which I believe took us to Bethesda. We'd jump off at Wisconsin Ave. by Community Hardware. Yet we all survived.

I lived near Chevy Chase Lake and they used to unload stone used in the construction of the National Cathedral at that siding. They usually kept the cars for TW Perry inside their yard. There was a siding right into TW Perry.
