Moments after the first pic was taken, the train blew its horn off in the distance and approached the tunnel. Train is westbound, headed to Georgetown.
That's where Harry Miller lost his legs and would have lost his life if not for the Engineer jumping off the train and running ahead to try to pull him off the tracks
