There is a turnout in there, I swear! If you look closely you will see the turnout (right hand) which is for the E.C. Keys warehouse. This track rose up above the right of way about 10' where deliveries of aggregates and building materials were made from the earliest of days when the line was built in 1892 until it shut down in the late 20th century.
