May 22, 2013 Arizona Ave. Bridge parts

The short span over Arizona Ave is being rebuilt. They are removing sections of the bridge while keeping it in-service with walkways. It's neat to see the pieces of the bridge up close. Here you can see a few of the lower pieces. Note holes where the cross beams pass through. I was lucky in that the next morning these pieces were gone from this storage area!
