Bethesda Freight House, (Oct 1978)

The B&O Freight house as a garden center. A Southern passenger car 3167 (named "... ING") is parked on the passing siding. Two Barwood taxis wait next to the Freight House.
Update - a little bit more poking around reveals that 3167 was a SOU diner car AAR Class: PD, AAR Type: M520. Here are some photos of sister cars:
